Bobby Burns Cocktail

1 1/2 ounces
1 1/2 ounces
1 1/4 teaspoons
garnish with
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass halfway filled with ice cubes. Stir well with a bar spoon and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
