Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker halfway filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously for about a minute or until the egg has thoroughly mixed with the liquids and the milk has become frothy. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with ground nutmeg and serve.
