garnish with
Mix all ingredients except garnish in a blender filled halfway with ice until smooth and frothy. Drizzle the inside of a hurricane glass with chocolate syrup and pour the mixture into it. Garnish with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. Serve with a straw.
