Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker halfway filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously for about a minute. Rub the rim of a margarita glass with a lime slice, then dip in a plate of salt so that the the salt sticks to the rim. Fill the glass with crushed ice or ice cubes and strain the mixture into it. Garnish with a lime slice and serve.
