Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker halfway filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Rub the rim of a highball glass with grapefruit juice, then dip in a plate of salt so that the salt sticks to the rim. Fill the glass with ice cubes and strain the mixture into it.
